THE BEGINNING
I believe that this company is born of a desire of wanting to stay and live in this community, Troncones.
When I arrived here in 2017, I felt like I had found my place in the world (maybe like many of you). And after that I thought, “How can I find a way to use my skills to become part of this place?” That’s when the idea formed into Nadia Garcia Property Manager. This combined my skills as a hotel manager, customer service and people who I knew in the community,
I have a mentor, Jocelyn Formento, who helped me found and create this company. Together with one of my best friends, Karina Sánchez, we can proudly say that we now manage twenty-one (21) high-end properties. I think we have all grown independently and well, my vision of all this is the common good. I believe that if our company and clients collaborate, we build a community where we enjoy living and working, and where people love to visit again and again.

NADIA GARCÍA
Nadia Garcia is a bilingual Mexican who has 15 years of experience in hospitality, as well as experience in the maintenance of beach properties. Her continued involvement in property management has given her the opportunity to create a network of local contacts and experts in each area of her work. Nadia guides and trains her staff to keep your property in the best conditions giving you confidence that it will be ready whenever you need it. Hard working and dedicated, Nadia gives her undivided attention to her business and is known to be a person of integrity by her friends and family.

My name is Karina, I have 15 years of experience in the cleaning industry business, which I really enjoy; I have lived in Troncones- Majahua for 6 years and I have a 15-year-old daughter named Daniela.
I really like gardening and taking careo of my plants and crafts like knitting.
YUNUEN OVIEDO
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
My name is Yunuen, I have 17 years of experience in the administrative business, I have lived in Troncones since 2019, but I am from a city near Morelia in Michoacán. I am a Public Accountant and I have a MBA. I really like supporting cat and dog sterilization clinics, as well as workshops for children and any positive activity in which we can learn and support the community.
